EXECUTIVE Team
Yoni Ophir
Experienced investment professional, with over 20 years of international experience in investment management, M&A, finance and law.

Yoni served as EVP, Head of Credit Division at Altshuler Shaham, a $50 billion leading Israeli asset manager, where he led $ billions of debt investments. Yoni also served as Executive Vice President with Kushner Companies and Hedge Fund Manager. Prior to that, Yoni worked as an Investment Banker for Raymond James Financial (NYSE: RJF) in New York, as an M&A Lawyer for Paul Weiss in New York and as VP of Investments at an Israeli PE/Debt Fund.

Yoni has an LL.M. in law and Executive M.B.A. from NYU, and an LL.B. in law and B.A. in economics from Tel- Aviv University.

Yoni is admitted to practice law in both Israel and New York State Bars.
Yarin Shahbar
Yarin is a seasoned investment and M&A professional with over a decade of experience in public markets, alternative assets, and strategic transactions. He began his career as a trader and portfolio manager at top-tier institutions, including Altshuler Shaham, Israel’s largest asset management firm, where he advised high-net-worth clients as part of the Platinum Division.

Yarin has led complex M&A transactions, raised capital for high-growth companies, and executed cross-border investments in sectors such as defense-tech, energy, industrials, and real estate.

He currently serves as a board member and observer in several companies, including innovative startups and mature enterprises. Yarin holds a portfolio management license from the Israel Securities Authority and holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Economics.
